Refund & Cancellation Policies
At Balloon Spectacular, LLC, we take pride in creating unique, handcrafted balloon designs for every occasion. Because each item is made to order, our balloon delivery arrangements and Easy Décor Pack™ policy differs from our custom event décor policy.
Balloon Delivery & Easy Décor Pack™ Refund & Return Policy
Cancellations
- 48 hours or more before delivery:
Full Refund (minus processing fee) - Within 48 hours of delivery:
Non-refundable due to preparation time and material allocation.
Same-day or next day orders (Rush Orders)
- Deliveries on same day or next day of placing order considered Rush Orders and are outside of our policy for normal operations, are subject to availability and require management approval. If approved a rush order fee may apply. Advance payment will be required if approved. All Sales Are Final once confirmed.
Delivery Terms
- Deliveries are made within your scheduled time window. (stated online unless otherwise agreed upon by management)
- If the recipient is unavailable, we will make 1 attempt to contact.
- If no contact is made, the arrangement will be left in a safe location or returned to our studio.
- A re-delivery fee may apply. (Includes delivery to a different location)
- Please ensure accurate delivery information to avoid delays and missed deliveries.
Damaged or Errors
If an arrangement arrives significantly damaged (more than 10% of balloons deflated or burst) or if the wrong item was delivered, please notify us immediately (within 1 hour of delivery) with photos via info@balloon-spectacular.com and allow us time to correct the issue and make it right. No Refunds allowed for damage by pets or other animals or sources.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Outdoor Conditions & Deliveries
Balloons are sensitive to heat, sunlight, and wind. Balloon Spectacular, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by outdoor conditions after delivery. Our delivery arrangements and Easy Décor Pack™ items are designed and recommended for indoor use only.
Custom Event Décor Refund and Cancellation Policy
Every custom event décor project is carefully designed, prepared, and reserved exclusively for your event date. Planning, materials, and labor begin well in advance. Therefore, cancellations and refunds follow the schedule below.
Refund Schedule
- 30 days or more before the scheduled installation:
Full refund of retainer (no cancellation charge). - Between 30 and 14 days before installation date:
A 20% administrative fee is deducted from the 50% retainer, the remaining 30% is refunded. - Between 14 days and the event date:
A 30% administrative fee is deducted from the 50% retainer; the remaining 20% is refunded. - Less than 14 days before the event:
The entire 50% retainer becomes non-refundable
Non-Refundable Expenses
Any custom or specialty materials, floral elements, or rental equipment ordered for your design are non-refundable once purchased.
Postponements or Rescheduling
If your event must be postponed, we will gladly apply your deposit to a new date within 90 days, subject to scheduling availability.
Weather or Venue Restrictions
Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations due to weather, venue access issues, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will work with you to adjust or reschedule when possible.
